Data you provide: name, email, password, company and contact details you enter when registering or using the system.
Data about your use: access logs, actions performed in the platform and technical information about your device and browser, used to keep the service secure and stable.
Data entered by our customers: our customers may register information about leads, contacts and opportunities. In these cases, they act as Controllers and SmallCRM processes the data on their behalf.
We may share data with service providers that support the operation of the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery), always under confidentiality and security obligations, and with competent authorities when required by law.
According to applicable data protection laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of processing of your personal data, as well as other rights, when applicable. When SmallCRM processes data on behalf of a customer, you should primarily contact that customer (Controller).
